SBS polymer

high elasticity (up to 1000%) and the ability of asphalt-concrete mix to relax;
wider plasticity range;
stronger adhesion to the mineral components of the asphalt-concrete mix;
improved low-temperature properties, increased corrosion resistance of road surfaces;
reducing the rut formation of road surfaces;
increases the indicators Р0, Р20 (up to 6 MPa) and Р50 (up to 2.4 MPa).

Energy-saving additive

possesses high adhesion properties, mixes very quickly in bitumen;
effectively increases the softening temperature according to Softening point;
contributes to the improvement of ease of laying and compaction, the temperature of laying the asphalt mixture is significantly reduced (by 25-30˚C);
easily distributed in bitumen and does not delaminate during storage.

Complex supplement V15

possesses high adhesive properties;
does not require long-term modification and maturation, it is quickly mixed in bitumen to a homogeneous mixture in 60-100 minutes;
allows to modify low quality distillation bitumen;
does not require the use of a colloid mill for complete dissolution in bitumen;
lower stirring temperature than SBS (160-165˚C);
low percentage of input into bitumen (from 1%) to obtain indicators according to DSTU 8959: 2019;
increases the softening temperature by Softening point by 28-30˚C (with an input of 1.5%);
improves the compaction of asphalt-concrete mix, significantly reduces the possible laying temperature of asphalt-concrete mix.

Complex additive AVE18

It is a special additive based on a mixture of polymers. It is added directly to bitumen and requires thorough mixing at 165-175˚C від двох до чотирьох годин.

significantly increases the Softening point index of the original bitumen by 17-20˚C;
increases the frost resistance of the asphalt mixture; significantly reducing rut formation and improves the high-temperature properties of the asphalt mixture;
increases the indicators P0, P20 (4.5-6 MPa) and P50 (2.0-2.4 MPa);
the recommended dosage is 1.6-2% of the bitumen mass.

Polymer additive Alcetan

It is a special additive based on polymers with modifiers. It is added directly to bitumen.

modifies bitumen in 20-40 minutes, does not require the use of a colloidal mill;
modification is possible at sufficiently low temperatures of 170-180˚C;
significantly increases the Softening point index of the original bitumen by 15-17˚C;
increases frost resistance of asphalt-concrete mixture;
significantly reduces the rut formation and improves the high-temperature properties of the asphalt-concrete mixture;
increases the indicators P0, P20 (4.5-6 MPa) and P50 (2.0-2.4 MPa);
crystallization temperature of the additive (-55˚C);
the recommended dosage is 3% of the bitumen mass.

Polymer composite modifying additive (PCM)

It is a special additive based on a mixture of polymers. It is an alternative to replacing SBS polymers at a significantly reduced cost. PCM needed to put directly to the mixer of stone materials (in the form of granules).

increases the speed of production of asphalt-concrete mixture (does not require long-term modification of bitumen);
increases frost resistance of asphalt-concrete mixture;
melts quickly and efficiently in a mixture at standard temperatures;
increases the indicators P0, P20 (up to 6 MPa) and P50 (up to 2.4 MPa), reduces rut formation (rut 1.2-2.0 mm for 10 000 gauge passes).
